2Lei in Second Life is a collaborative project between some groups in Second Life, which began in 2010 with the aim to raise awareness and disseminate events related to the “International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women”.

Virtual artists, gallery owners, musicians and the cultural figures of Second Life are invited to share the common message of solidarity to the women via their particular Art.

For this year, following the free assignment of the song “Libera” by the Italian singer-songwriter Fabio Tettoni (, the topic of this IV edition has been chosen: “Freedom“.

Obviously, the interpretation of the topic is free, but we hope it will be viewed in a positive way and wil lead to the fulfillment of events featuring examples, issues, projects and paths about women’s liberation from various kinds of violence.

You can join the 2013 show too! Here’s how:

– providing your work of art;
– organizing an event;
– personally collaborating within the committee;
– taking part in the events that wil be organized.
